Rude and if you don't know exactly what you want they have an attitude. When you ask about certain arrangements they have attitudes. Won't ever shop there again! Nice arrangements don't make up for bad attitudes!
Even with my procrastination, Angie has ALWAYS jumped to my rescue! With little notice, the masterpiece she creates is breathtaking!!! Would recommend to everyone.
I live out of state, I tried to order online because they have a website, after placing the order, I received a call and they wouldn't deliver outside of town in the area for the agreed delivery fee and they would need to charge more, then I said ok and she said no I'm too busy, again I said ok no problem and then she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted better service I needed to call in and not use the site, I felt the lady was being very rude and unfriendly as if it was my fault for inconviencing her by using the website, I asked her why they even have a website if she prefers people not use it and her response was "this is just how things are", anyway moral of the story for me is that I wasn't upset she couldn't deliver them, I wasn't upset that she hates her own website and fails to put her delivery area on the site, but yet you are still rude to me, I will not waste a minute on this place ever again.
Angie is the best when it comes to floral arrangements! You can't get any better than My Flower Basket. They go the extra step to make the customer satisfied every time!!
