I took a weed eater to be checked out and given an estimate on if it can be fixed on June 27th at the time I was told that they were running 2 weeks behind and I said ok I understand it is the busy season. After many phone calls and being told several different stories...I finally went back into the store today (a month and half later) and they went to the back and gave me a list of things that were wrong with it and that someone just dropped the ball on putting the info in the computer but took their tag off so I couldn't see what was wrote down. I DO NOT believe this considering I had made numerous phone calls and no return calls. I believe they never even looked at it!! Makes me wonder if it had been my husband that initially took it in if it would have been a different scenario...just saying.
