Poor customer service combined with non chalant attitude. High prices for basic services.
We have a 110 pound Akita so when it comes to bathing, brushing, toenails,etc. it is pretty tough on our backs. We have been taking our boy to Four On The Floor for over a year now. Every single visit, he is treated with love and compassion and comes home beautifully groomed. He loves going in there. Very happy with the service and prices are extremely fair.
They take great care of our two dogs.
