Today was the last time I'll ever attempt to dine at Wendy's in Fitzgerald. I ordered a family size nugget to dine in and because of the amount they had to be cooked, so myself and my 11 year old daughter whom I was trying to feed before taking her back to school after a doctor's appointment waited for them to be cooked. When they were ready the cashier who also was our server went to retrieve the container for the nuggets, when suddenly the manager and or supervisor didn't think I was worthy of the container and reprimanded my server not to get it and chased her down to tell her no don't get it. Then proceeded to abruptly offer a refund and lobby was full of customers. This was not the first encounter with the same staff and for that reason I have no desire to patronize Wendy's and will advise people at the schools of Ben Hill County not to as well. Its5no way to be treated when you're spending your hard earned money. THANKS BUT NO THANKS.
Usually a little wait time but good food. Wendy's is usually a little more pricey than other fast food restaurants unless you order Value items.
As a vegetarian I love their salads!!!
Good food . Just the smell, smell like dead cow when you walk in.
